I know what it's like to be unhappy and stressed out
I used to be a stress case always frustrated at work, in a bad mood, and unable to find any happiness in my life. But then I started meditating in the mornings. This then lead me to reading self-care books before bed, and then affirmations.
Slowly I incorporated all of these into my routine, and my life started to change. I was shocked. The changes seemed so smal, so easy. But together they were bringing me a sense of happiness and peace, and more than anything, positivity.
After just ONE DAY of working with positive affirmations, I could feel my mindset shift and I was looking at things from a much more positive view point!
Now I wake up and flow through a morning routine that makes me feel ready for my day. I come home and have the energy to be productive. And I go to bed feeling rested with positive thoughts floating around my mind.
